From REDARC comes the Tow-Pro line of electric brake controllers, providing a high-tech, easy to install, and rugged unit that ensures your trailer brakes provide lots of smooth stopping power.
Equipped with a 3 axis accelerometer Tow-Pro units can be mounted in any position or orientation. Other brake controllers mount awkwardly to your dash or kick plate, putting them near the drivers knees. If you have driven a vehicle with a kickplate mounted brake controller you have probably experienced the joy of kneeing your brake controller or sitting in uncomfortable positions to keep that from happening.
Tow-Pro controllers can be hidden behind the dash. The unit is controlled via a discreet dash mounted switch. Multiple switch inserts are available and result in a clean installation that looks like it came from the factory.
The Tow-Pro line consists of the Liberty and Elite brake controllers. The Liberty controller is suitable for day to day towing and the Elite is suitable for off-road towing. Please see the below matrix for feature comparison:
